March 13,
2016 is not a regular Sunday.
Today over
5 million people went to the streets of Brazil to ask once again for the
impeachment of President Dilma Roussef , here in Brazil.
Where I
live , a country City in the State of São Paulo, called Ribeirão Preto, with a
population of 600 thousand people, 10% of it took the streets.
Many are
the reasons for that, though the great majority of the crowd was white middle
class people. The reasons for that, I can start with the Economy collapse, followed by corruption
scandals and support to a Federal Judge, Sérgio Moro, who is investigating the largest
corruption scheme that involves Petrobras and elections’ campaigns.
Almost 80
people were already convicted, including Politicians of several parties, lobbyists,
businessmen, actually one of the most rich ones in Brazil, and so on.
It seems
that the support given from the people
to the Judge, will not only keep him on right trach , as it will drive
congressmen to go for the Impeachment of the President.
